摘　　要：从“三个代表”的“出发点和着眼点”及“根本落脚点”的新视角 ,来阐述“三个代表”体现党的先进性及其广泛代表性 ,并以此为切入点 ,揭示和阐明“三个代表”思想与改进和加强党的思想作风、学风和工作作风建设的内在联系及其必然体现。This article expatiates on the progressiveness and extensive representation of the C.P.C. as embodied in the theory of the 'Three Representing'from perspectives of the start,the focus and the basis of this theory,and analyzes the indispensable roles the 'Three Representing'theory plays in improving the Partys styles of ideological thinking,study and work.Both the prespective and analysis show depth of thought and novelty.
