摘　　要：市场经济条件下建立社会主义行政道德规范体系 ,是加强社会主义行政道德的当务之急。本文在分析建构社会主义行政道德规范体系的基本思路的基础上 ,提出了以为人民服务为基本原则 ,以依法行政、勤政为民、公正廉洁、率先垂范。Creation of standardized administrative moral system under the conditions of socialist market economy is a necessity to strengthen socialist administrative morals. This essay analyzes the basic structure of the system. It further presents the principles to serve the people and the systems for administrative morals, and practice of thrift, justice, honesty and pioneering for the public interest in performing official duties.\;
