摘  要:以易生根的山海关杨为处理、不易生根的毛白杨为对照 ,对扦插生根过程中不同时间的POD酶活性、I AAO酶活性及酚含量进行了测定。结果表明 ,易生根的山海关杨与毛白杨有较大区别 ,而与以前所做毛白杨嵌合体在 3项指标变化曲线中有较大的一致性。山海关杨POD酶活性从扦插后开始较高 ,到第 4天降到低谷 ,以后再升高 ,第 8天为一高峰 ,以后再降低之后波动 ;IAAO活性与POD酶活性基本上恰好相反 ;In the rooting of the cuttage of Populus Canadensis Moench cv. 'shanhaiguanensis', the activity of peroxidase (POD) and indoleacetic acid oxidase (IAAO) and the content of phenol in the tissues were tested. At the same time, the same items were measured of Chinese white poplar (Populus tomentosa Carr.) as a contrast. The results showed that there were distinct differences of the three items between these two species. The status of P. Canadensis cv. 'shanghaiguanensis' was identical to the chimera. The change trend of these items in P. Canadensis cv. 'shanhaiguanensis' was as follows: 1. The activity of POD was high right after cutage but then dropped to the lowest on the 4 th day. After that it again began to increase until the 8 th day when the top point appeared. Henceforward, it again began to drop and then there were fluctuations. 2. The activity of IAAO was basically contrary to POD. 3. The content of phenol was low on earlier stage and high on later stage.
