摘　　要：本文主要结合自己的工作实际，阐述在党建带团建实际工作中的一些具体做法和取得的成果，以此来论证党建带团建是高校加强学生思想政治工作的一种好方法。Communist Youth League is a bridge for uni- ting and connecting with youth sutdents by Party. Strength- ening the leaderiship of Party, giving full play to league's function,are party's important work at present. Based on the practice, the author explains some concrete perform- ances and achievements obtained, to prove that driving leagues construction by means of Party's construction is an available method for strengthening student's ideological and political work in colleges.
