摘  要:目的 分析nm2 3 H1(简称nm2 3 H1)在胃癌分化、浸润转移中的作用及其表达的临床意义。方法 应用ABC免疫组化方法 ,研究 46例原发性胃癌组织及其转移淋巴结nm2 3 H1的表达。结果  45 .6 % (2 1/ 46 )的胃癌nm2 3 H1表达下降。nm2 3 H1的阳性表达与Borrmann分型、组织学分型无关 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,而与肿瘤大小、胃癌浸润深度、临床病理分期、淋巴结转移密切相关 (P <0 .0 5 )。 5 4%的胃癌原发灶nm2 3 H1蛋白呈阳性表达 ,只有 37.5 %的淋巴结转移灶nm2 3 H1蛋白呈阳性表达。结论 nm2 3 H1可能对胃癌的浸润。Objective To study nm23?H 1 expression in gastric carcinoma and its relation with tumor differentiation, invasion and metastasis.Methods nm23?H 1 expression was detected by using ABC immunohistochemical method.Results 45.6% of the primary tumors ( n =21) showed negative nm23?H 1 expression. No significant correlation was found between positive nm23?H 1 expression and Borrmann classification., histologic classification ( P >0.05). Significant correlation was observed between nm23?H 1 expression and tumor diameter, depth of invasion, clinicopathologic stage, lymph node metastasis ( P< 0.05). 54.0% of gastric carcinomas expressed positive nm23?H 1 at the site of primary tumors. Only 37.5% of the lymph node metastasis showed positive nm23?H 1.Conclusion Decrease of nm23?H 1 expression correlates with depth of invasion and lymph node metastasis, and there is no relationship between nm23?H 1 expression and differentiation of gastric carcinoma.
