摘　　要：目的 :探讨HA rhBMP2 FS复合骨在即刻种植技术中的应用及修复后的临床疗效。方法 :48例患者在拔牙的同时植入HBIC二段式柱状螺纹种植体 5 4枚 ,在种植体周围的骨缺损区同期植入HA rhBMP2 FS复合人工骨 ,3～ 6个月后摄X线片 ,根据种植界面的骨结合情况进行二次手术 ,安放基桩 ,1周后进行义齿修复并随访 3～ 5a。结果 :按卫生部口腔种植中心的成功标准 ,5 4枚中 47枚种植体成功 (87 0 4% ) ,失败 7枚 (12 96 % )。结论 :在即刻种植中应用HA rhBMP2 FS复合骨达到了满意的临床效果 。Aim:To investigate the clinical prosthedontic effect of immediate implantation with the application of HA rhBMP2 FS compound artificial bone.Methods: A total of 48 patients aged from 20 to 62 were studied. A total of 54 HBIC two section colum spiral style implants were simultaneously used when the teeth were pulled out.The defects around the implants were filled with HA rhBMP2 FS compound artificial bone.X ray was taken after 3～6 months and the second operation were performed according to the osseointegration of the interface of the implants.The stake was laid.The prosthesis were performed after 1 week.Result: According to the successful level of China Dental Implantology Center,there were 47 successful implants through 3～5 a observation.Conclusion: The effects of immediate implantation with HA rhBMP2 FS compound artificial bone is satisfactory. HA rhBMP2 FS would be an ideal compound artificial bone material to be used in the future.
