喉癌与喉咽癌患者的SE-SLT含量检测及其意义

摘　　要：采用定量 EL ISA法对 19例正常人、35例喉癌及喉咽癌患者 (其中 15例为术后患者 )进行血浆可溶性E-选择素 (SE- SL T)含量检测。结果发现 ,正常对照组及喉癌、喉咽癌组的 SE- SL T含量分别为 2 9.82± 4.88μg/L、49.6 6± 8.16μg/ L ,喉癌、喉咽癌组的血浆 SE- SL T含量明显高于正常对照组 (P<0 .0 1) ;喉癌、喉咽癌 I、 期组及 、 期组的 SE- SL T含量分别为 42 .5 0± 6 .10 μg/ L、5 4.11± 6 .2 0 μg/ L,I、 期组明显低于 、 期组 (P<0 .0 1) ;15例手术前后测血浆 SE- SL T含量分别为 45 .12± 7.0 9μg/ L、38.85± 6 .40 μg/ L,术后 SE- SL T值明显低于术前 (P<0 .0 1)。认为喉癌、喉咽癌患者血浆 SE- SL T含量与病情严重程度有关 ,可作为疗效观察。To detect the content of SE SLT in patients with laryngeal cancer (LC) and laryngopharynx cancer (LPC) and to discuss the significance With quatitive ELISA method,the plasma SE SLT content of normal control group, 35 cases with LC and LPC (LC,LPC group) and 15 postoperative group was detected The results showed that the SE SLT content of 19 normal contral group and 35 LC and LPC group is 29 82±4 88μg/l,49 68± 8 16μg/l respectively,the SE SLT content of LC and LPC group in stage Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ is separately 42 50± 6 10μg/l, 54 11±6 20μg/l;The SE SLT content of 15 preoperative group and postoperative group is 45 12 ±7 09μg/l, 38 85 ± 6 40μg/l respectively The SE SLT content of the group with LC and LPC are significantly higher than that of the nomal contral group (P < 0 01) The SE SLT content of the LC and LPC group in stage Ⅰ and Ⅱ is significantly lower than that of the group in stage Ⅲ and Ⅳ (P< 0 01) The SE SLT content droped after the operation of 15 patients with LC and LPC (P<0 01) These suggest that the SE SLT changes of the content are correlated with the patient's condition, it can be used as an index for judging the curative effects, progression and prognosis
