摘　　要：目的　观察NVB +PDD联合方案治疗晚期肺癌 49例的疗效和毒性反应。其中小细胞肺癌 1例 ,腺癌 3 2例 ,鳞癌 10例 ,鳞腺癌 4例 ,癌肉瘤 1例 ,肺泡细胞癌 1例 ,除初治 8例外匀系复治病人。方法　NVB 2 5mg/m2 d1,d8静注。PDD 2 5mg/m2 ivgttd 1～d 3 ,2 1天为 1周期 ,至少 2周期以上评定疗效。结果　 49例中评定疗效的 45例 ,其中PR 15例 (3 3 3 % ) ,S 2 3例 (5 1 1% ) ,有效率CR +PR为 3 3 3 %。毒副作用主要是骨髓抑制 ,WBC下降占 85 7% ,其中Ⅲ～Ⅳ度为 5 1 1% ,血小板下降Ⅱ～Ⅲ、Ⅳ均为 44 9% ,其它毒副反应不明显。结论　NVBObjective To report the effect and toxicity of NVB+PDD regimen in the treatment of advanced lung cancer.Methods NVB 25 mg/m 2 was adminstered intravenously on day 1,8.PDD 25 mg/m 2 intravenously on day 1 to day 3.21 days was a cycle. At least two cycles of therapy were carried before evaluation.Results 45 out of 49 patients were valuable, 15(33.3%) achieved PR and 23(51.1%) remained stable. The total response rate (CR plus PR) was 33.3%. Toxicity was meylosuppression, with 85.7% of leukopenia including 51.1% of Ⅲ～Ⅳ,24 5% of Ⅲ～Ⅳanemia. 44.9% of Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ thrombolytopenia. The other toxicity was not severe.Conclusions NVB plus PDD regimen could be used as an effective regimen for advanced lung cancer.
