单牙轮钻头的设计与分析

摘　　要：基于大型CAD/CAM/CAE软件PRO/ENGINEER ,采用先进的CAD/CAE技术 ,建立了适合于单牙轮钻头的模型特征库 ,对其进行变结构、参数化设计及运动仿真分析、三维有限元结构计算 ,为单牙轮钻头结构的设计提供了可靠的保证 。In this article, based on CAD/CAM/CAE software Pro/ENGINEER, the standard feature library and parametric model suitable to the mono cone bit is built up. A research on its variable structure, parametric design and 3 dimensional structure FEA is carried out with advanced CAD/CAE technique. It ensures the successful design of the mono cone bit and it is a great renovation in the developing and designing technique of the roller bit.
