摘　　要：针对预备洞体对离体牙修复后抗裂强度的影响进行了测试研究，利用Ｍａｔｈｅｍａｔｉｃａ工程软件对数据进行了计算机处理；采用方差分析方法，分析了修复后牙齿断裂强度的影响因素，得出了预备洞孔径和孔深对抗裂强度的影响规律．The paper deals with the experimental research of pre-holing scale effect on the fracture strength of isolated tooth. The datum and effect factors of the tooth fracture strength are analyzed with variance analysis method, et al. The result is that the hole-width and hole-depth of the pre-holing influenced the fracture strength of isolated tooth.
