摘  要:目的 探讨乳腺癌组织中 nm2 3- H1及 ras基因的表达及其与淋巴结转移的关系。方法应用免疫组化方法检测 76例乳腺组织中 nm2 3- H1及 ras基因的表达情况 ,随访患者 5年生存率。结果  nm2 3- H1表达与乳腺癌组织分化及淋巴结转移负相关 ( P<0 .0 2 5 ,P<0 .0 5 ) ,nm2 3- H1及rasp2 1表达负相关 ( P<0 .0 5 ) ,nm2 3- H1阳性者较 rasp2 1阳性者五年生存率高 ( P<0 .0 1 )。结论 nm2 3- H1及 rasp2 1是评估乳腺肿瘤患者预后的良好指标 。Objective To explore the expression of nm23 gene and ras gene and the correlation with lymph node metastasis.Methods By using SP immunohistochemical methods,the nm23 H 1 and rasp21 expression of 76 breast tissues were detected,and the 5 year survival rate were followed up.Results nm23 H 1 gene expression were negative correlation with histologic tumor grade and lymph node metastasis ( P<0.005,P<0.05 ) ,and its expression was negative correlation with rasp21 expression in breast cancers,the patients with nm23 H 1 gene expression had higher 5 year survival rate than those with rasp21 positive expression.Conclusion nm23 H 1 gene and rasp21 gene were good factor to value prognosis of the cases with breart,and it was ever more effective that both of them were combined.
