摘　　要：目的　探讨JWA基因表达与慢性粒细胞性白血病 (CML)的相关意义。方法　应用半定量RT PCR技术检测 2 6例CML患者骨髓和 /或外周血JWA基因的表达。结果　JWA基因表达在CML慢性期高达 15 / 18例 ;而急变期 (含加速期 )为 2 / 8例。结论　JWA基因的下调可能与CML急变的某个过程相关 。Objective The purpose of this study is to find the relationship and significance between the expression of JWA gene and chronic myelogenous leukemia (CML).Methods Bone marrow and/or peripheral blood of 26 cases of CML in different phases were determined by semi quantity reverse transcript ploymerase chain reaction(RT PCR) for the expression of JWA gene.Results Higher JWA expression in chronic phase of CML was 15/18 cases,but at blast crisis(including accelerated period)was only 2/8. Conclusion The down regulation of JWA gene may relate to the transformation of CMLinto blast crisis,and its mechanism has to be studied further.
