摘　　要：旅客列车票额分配是在铁路运能和运量不相匹配情况下 ,提高客流组织质量的重要手段。论文研究了旅客列车票额自动分配和人工调整理论 ,建立旅客列车票额分配的数学模型。在此基础上 ,完成计算机编制旅客列车票额分配系统的功能设计、结构设计和系统实现。该系统已经全面应用于铁道部和 14个铁路局的旅客列车票额分配工作。Seats allotment of passenger trains is an important measure of passenger flows organization on the condition that transportation capacity is not matching to transportation quantity of passenger trains. This paper studies the key theory on seats automatic allotment and adjustment of passenger trains,and builds the correlative mathematic model. On the basis of these, this paper discusses the functional and structural design of seats allotment system of passenger trains worked out with computer, which has been applied to practical works on seats allotment and partial adjustment by passenger departments of Ministry of Railways and all fourteen Railway Administrations of China.
