摘　　要：结合房产测量的特点和房产平面控制网的精度要求 ,分析了 GPS定位用于房产测量的可行性 ,认为 GPS测量能满足最高等级房产控制网的要求 ,并提出适宜采用的 GPS房产控制网的布设形式。从房产测量的实际要求出发 ,讨论了各种GPS测量作业模式对房产测量的适用性 ,着重介绍 RTK测量的特点 ,指明该技术在房产测量中的应用前景。最后总结了房产测量采用 GPS技术的的优越性。Based on the characteristic of the real estate survey and the required precision of real estate horizontal control nets, this paper investigates the feasibility of applying GPS positioning to the real estate survey, and it is considered that GPS survey can satisfy the requirement of the highest order of real estate control nets.The appropriate laying out of real estate control nets based on GPS is presented. From the practical requirements of the real estate survey, the application of each mode of GPS survey to the real estate survey work is discussed, and the characteristic of RTK survey is emphatically introduced, and the application prospect of this technology to the real estate survey is pointed out.The superiority of the real estate survey adopting GPS technology is also summarized.
