摘 要:目的 :研究术前化疗对乳腺癌血管内皮生长因子 (VEGF)表达、肿瘤组织微血管密度的影响。方法 :36例术前化疗的乳腺癌和 32例未做术前化疗的乳腺癌标本 ,进行VEGF、CD34免疫组织化学标记 ,并进行微血管计数和统计学处理。结果 :术前化疗组VEGF阳性率为 47.2 2 % (17/ 36 ) ,对照组 5 3.13% (17/ 32 ) ,微血管计数化疗组和对照组分别为 :2 3.6 7± 13.45 ,2 6 .12± 11.32 ,两者差异均无显著性。化疗组VEGF阳性和阴性的标本 ,MVC均值差异无显著性 ;对照组VEGF阳性和阴性的标本 ,MVC均值差异有显著性。结论 :常规术前化疗并未显示出明显的血管生成抑制作用 。Purpose:To investigate the effects of primary chemotherapy on the expression of VEGF and angiogenesis in invasive breast cancers. Methods:36 cases with primary chemotherapy versus 32 cases with primary operation were analyzed. Immunohistochemical staining was performed with CD34 and VEGF monoclonal antibodies, the scoring of microvessels was performed using the manual 'hot spot' procedure. Results:VEGF had expression of 47.22% (17/36) and 53.13%(17/32) respectively. The scores of MVC were 10-43 (median 23.67) in primary chemotherapy group, and 10-46 (median 26.12) in control group. There were no statistical significant between the cases of primary chemotherapy and primary operation in expression of VEGF or MVC. There was a significant of score of MVC between the cases with VEGF positive and the cases with VEGF negative in control group but in primary chemotherapy group. Conclusions:The results of this study showed neither angiogenesis was inhibited nor expression of VEGF was changed by primary chemotherapy.
