增殖细胞核抗原和P16蛋白在胰腺癌中的表达

摘　　要：目的 :探讨增殖细胞核抗原 (PCNA)、P16蛋白在胰腺癌中表达的相关性及其与预后的关系。方法 :应用免疫组化 LSAB法检测 2 8例胰腺癌组织PCNA和 P16蛋白的表达。结果 :胰腺癌组织 PCNA表达阳性率为 85 .9% ,P16蛋白表达阳性率为 5 3.6 % ,两者表达呈明显负相关 ,且分别与肿瘤分化程度及病人术后生存期有显著关系。结论 :P16蛋白表达与增殖指数 (PI)间有显著负相关关系 ,两者综合指标对判断患者预后有一定意义。Objective:To investigate the relationship between PCNA (Proliferating cell nuclear antigen) and P16 expression in pancreatic carcinoma and their significance in prognosis.Methods:The expression of PCNA and P16 was detected in pancreatic carcinoma by immunohistochemical LSAB method.Results:The positive rate of PCNA was 85.9% in pancreatic carcinomas,and the positive rate of P16 was 53.6% in pancreatic carcinomas.The expression of P16 and PCNA markedly correlated with the differentiation and the survival. Conclusion:The P16 expression negatively correlated with PI.These two markers combined may be used as an important indicator of prognosis in pancreatic carcinoma.
