摘  要:目的 :分析不同牙槽嵴顶间线角角度与全口义齿排牙之间的关系。方法 :采用三维有限元法研究不同顶间线角情况下上下颌颌骨表面与义齿基托应力和位移的变化。结果 :当牙槽嵴顶间线角接近90°时 ,应力位移分布和大小有利于全口义齿的固位、稳定及防止基托的折断和剩余牙槽嵴的吸收。当牙槽嵴顶间线角偏离 90°,接近 70°或 110°时 ,应力和位移的大小和分布改变 ,加重剩余牙槽嵴的吸收 ,增加义齿基托折断的可能性 ,不利于义齿的固位和稳定。结论Objective:To analyse on the relationship between the interridge crest line angle and the tooth arrangement of complete denture. Methods: The stress and deformation on the surface of mandibular and maxillary bone and denture base were studied with the three dimensional finite element analysis. Results:When the value of the interridge crest line angle approached 90°,the distribution and values of stress and deformation were propitious to the stability of complete denture and prevention of denture base from fracture and alveolar ridge from being absorbed; when the values of interridge crest line angle approached 70°or 110°,the change of the values and the distribution and values of stress and deformation would lead to the serious absorption of alveolar ridge and to increasing the possibility of base fracture and to damaging retention and stability of the denture.Conclusion: We can modulate the occlusion in tooth arrangement so that the influence of the interridge relationship can be reduced.
