米非司酮对子宫肌瘤和子宫动脉血流的影响

摘　　要：目的 :探讨米非司酮对子宫肌瘤和子宫动脉血流的影响。方法 :对 30例临床诊断为子宫肌瘤患者从月经第 5天开始 ,每天口服米非司酮 12 .5mg ,连续 3个月 ,治疗前后彩色超声测量子宫体积、肌瘤体积、子宫动脉血流阻力指数 (RI)和肌瘤血流RI。结果 :所有患者治疗期间均闭经 ,治疗后子宫体积平均缩小 (2 6 .79± 12 .78) % ,肌瘤体积平均缩小 (40 .2 8± 14.15 ) % ,治疗后子宫动脉血流RI明显增高 (P <0 .0 0 1) ,肌瘤内部血流明显减少。结论 :米非司酮是有效的治疗子宫肌瘤的药物 ,可明显增加子宫动脉血流RI ,从而减少肌瘤内血供。Objective:To investigate effects of mifepristone on blood flow of hysteromyoma and the uterine artery.Methods:Thirty patients with uterine leiomyoma received 12.5 mg of the mifepristone daily for three months,begining on the fifth day of menstrul cycle.The resistance index(RI) of blood flow of the uterine artery and leiomyoma tissue,tumor and uterine volume were examinated by color Doppler ultrasoungraphy prior to and end of treatment.Results:After three months of mifepristone treatment,the leiomyoma volume reduce by(40.28± 14.15 )% and the uterine volume reduce by(26.79±12.78)%,RI of uterine artery was significantly higher than that before mifepristone treatment( P <0.001).The blood flow of leiomyoma tissue was decreased.Conclusions:Mifepristone is a safe and effective drug for treating uterine leiomyoma.It can significantly increase RI of uterine artery.
