摘  要:目的 :探讨正常人和干眼症患者角膜厚度的差异。方法 :应用Orbscan角膜地形图系统检测正常人31例 (5 2只眼 )及干眼症患者 34例 (5 7只眼 )的角膜厚度 ,对其九个位点的角膜厚度和彩色角膜厚度图形态等变化进行观察。结果 :干眼症患者的九个位点角膜厚度均明显薄于正常眼 ,平均减少 0 .0 33mm。两组中央区均为最薄区 ,分别为 (0 .5 49± 0 .0 2 7)mm与 (0 .5 10± 0 .0 2 2 )mm。正常组鼻侧为最厚 ,而干眼组鼻上方为最厚 ,分别为 (0 .6 44± 0 .0 39)mm与 (0 .6 13± 0 .0 37)mm。正常组与干眼症组彩色厚度图图形比较 ,离心圆形在正常组与干眼症组分别为 5 .8%和 19.3% ,两者间有统计学意义 (P =0 .0 35 )。结论 :干眼症患者的角膜厚度明显薄于正常眼 。Objective:To evaluate and compare corneal thinkness in normal and dry eyes.Methods:57 dry eyes (34 cases) and 52 normal eyes (31 cases) were enrolled for this study. The Orbscan corneal thinckness topography system was used for each eye,corneal thickness at nine locations (central, superior, superonasal, nasal, inferonasal, inferior, inferotemporal, temporal, suerotemporal) were examined and compared. The color coded pachymetry were evaluated as well.Results:The corneal thickness, the average thickness of nine sites in the central and midperipheral cornea was significantly decreased in dry eyes compared with that of normal eyes (mean thinning 0.033mm). The center of the cornea was noted to be the thinnest in both groups, (0.549±0.027)mm and (0.510±0.022)mm in normal and dry eyes respectively. In normal group the thickest erea is in the nasal cornea (0.644 ±0.039mm) and in dry eye group that is in the superonasal (0.613±0.037mm). In color coded pachymetry maps, the decentered round pattern was observed in 5.8% and 19.3% of normal and dry eyes,respectively (P=0.035).Conclusion:The corneal thickness was significantly thinner in the dry eyes. The pachymetry color map showed a decentered round pattern in a significantly greater number of dry eye patients.
