摘　　要：对 18例唇裂修复术后鼻畸形患者采用自体髂松质骨移植修复梨状孔周围骨量不足 ,使鼻部有一坚实的骨性基础 ;自体鼻中隔软骨移植加双侧鼻翼软骨成形 ,形成一对称的软骨支架。经 6～ 12个月随访 ,患者鼻部均显示良好的外形 ,且无并发症发生。cases of patients with nasal deformities after cleft lip operations were reported Autogenteic spongy bones of ilium were transplanted to improve the insufficient of the bone around the piriform aperture in order to build a solid bony base of the nose Meanwhile,a part of autogeneic cartilages of the nasal septum were transplanted and the bilateral cartiages of the alae nasi were shaped to form a symmetrical cartilaginous frame After a duration of 6 to 12 months follow up,the patient showed a well shaped nose without any complications
