摘　　要：目的　探讨去势手术加缓退瘤治疗前列腺癌的效果。方法　行去势手术加口服缓退瘤治疗前列腺癌 8例。结果　生存 5例 ,死亡 3例。生存者转移灶消失 ,原发灶缩小。结论　对前列腺癌行去势手术加缓退瘤治疗效果较好。Objective To learn the clinical effect on treatment of prostatic cancer by castration and endocrine pharmacotherapy. Methods Castration was performed on 8 patients with prostate cancer,followed by flutamide treatment. Results Follow up of all patients revealed that 5 cases survived with their metastases disappeared and primary tumor shrank. Conclusion Combined castration and flutamide therapy was effective for prostate cancer.
