摘 要:永磁同步电机的结构多种多样 ,磁场复杂 ,在电机的设计和仿真时 ,电磁参数不易得到。论文提出一种新的方法 ,从电机电磁场的角度 ,研究电磁参数和电机结构的关系。在永磁同步电机的设计和仿真时 ,直接根据具体电机结构调入所需电磁参数 ,不但缩短了仿真程序的开发周期 ,而且能进行多种结构电机的设计 ,增加了程序的通用性。另外 ,从电磁场的角度直接计算电磁参数 ,保证了参数的精确性。针对内置径向式永磁同步电机 ,研究了电磁参数与其结构关系 ,并将所得参数用于电机的设计和仿真。The values of the electro magnetic parameters of permanent magnet (PM) machines are difficult to obtain by tests or calculations due to the various structures and the field complexity. The relationship between the electro magnetic parameters and machine structures has been investigated using the electro magnetic field analysis. Then the results are illustrated with a set of curves and stored into the database, so the parameters can be directly loaded from the database for a specific motor structure. This method can not only reduce the program development cycle time, but also can design and analyze various machine structures. Thus the versatility of the program is increased. Furthermore, the method guarantees the precision of the parameters since they are calculated directly from the electro magnetic field method. The results of simulations and experiments show that the method can be used to quickly and accurately analyze and design PM machines.
