摘  要:目的 应用超声生物显微镜对急性闭角型青光眼术前睫状体脱离的组织结构进行形态学检查。方法 对青光眼病人术前常规进行超声生物显微镜检查 ,发现有睫状体脱离。对睫状体脱离者与非睫状体脱离者按年龄、性别、眼压降低幅度、眼前节解剖结构的测量数据进行统计学处理。结果 术前睫状体脱离多出现于眼压5 0 mm Hg以上 ,迅速降至正常或更低 ,房角大部分关闭但未完全关闭的病人 ,在 2 72眼急性闭角型青光眼中发现有睫状体脱离者 37眼 ,占 13.6 % ,与病人年龄、性别、眼前节解剖参数无显著性差异。结论 术前睫状体脱离与眼压迅速下降有关。Objective To study the preoperative ultrasound biomicroscopy of ciliary body detachment in primary angle closure glaucoma Methods We studied 585 operative eyes with ultrasound biomicroscopy 313 eyes with chronic angle closure glaucoma and 272 eyes with acute angle closure glaucoma.Statistic analysis was taken to compare the difference of age,the range of intraocular pressure reduction and the measurement of anatomic structure between ciliary body detachment and non=detachment groups.Results There were 37 preoperative eyes shown ciliary body detahcment in the images of ultrasound biomicroscopy in acute primary angle closure glacuoma(13.6%).This phenomenon was mostly founded in eyes with high IOP(>50mmHg),rapid IOP reduction and with partly anterior chamber angle closure.There is no significant difference of age,gender and anatomic parameter of anterior section.Conclusion It is suggested that the preoperative ciliary body detachment in primary angle closure glaucoma is related to rapid reduction of intraocular pressure.
