摘  要:目的探讨氧化型低密度脂蛋白 (Ox-LDL)和其它血脂成份与血液流变性的相关性以及对脑梗塞的影响。方法测定49例非急性期的脑梗塞患者和29例健康人Ox -LDL、LDL -C、HDL -C、apoA、apoB、Cho -c、TG以及血液粘度等指标 ,进行统计学分析。结果 ηb、ηP、ηr、HCT、EAI、TK与Ox-LDL、LDL -C、Cho -C呈明显正相关 ;ηb低切值、ESR、EAI与HDL -C呈明显负相关。其中Ox -LDL与ηb(r=0.63)、与TK(r=0.49)的关系最为密切(P<0.01)。结论Ox-LDL、LDL -C、HDL -C、Cho -C等脂质的变化 ,能引起脑梗塞患者血液粘度改变 。Objective To explore the relationship between the Oxidized Low_Density Lipoprotein (Ox - LDL )? blood Lipid and hemorrheology and their effect on cerebral infarction.Methods Ox_LDL?LDL_C?HDL_C?apoA?apoB?Cho_C?TG and hemorrheology were measured in 49 cases with cerebral infarction, and were compared with those of 29 healthy subjects.Results ηb?ηp?ηr?HCT? EAI?TK were positively correlated with Ox_LDL?LDL_C?Cho_C;ηb?ESR?EAI were negatively correlated with the HDL_C. The relationship of Ox_LDL and ηb(r=0.63)?Ox_LDL and TK(r=0.49) are closest. Conclusions The change of the Ox_LDL?LDL_C?HDL_C and Cho_C may alter the hemorrheology of cerebral infarction patient, which influence hemorrheology in many ways.
