摘 要:目的观察急性脑梗死脑循环动力学改变与MRA的临床相关性。方法54例急性脑梗死病人进行了脑循环动力学检查 ,同时做正常人38例对照 ,另外34例行MRA的检查。结果54例病人的脑循环动力学结果中49例有不同程度异常改变 ,而MRA的34例中仅23例为异常。结论脑循环动力学的改变阳性率高于MRA ,而且脑循环动力学监测简便、费用低、操作简单 ,可以在临床推广使用。Objective To observe the clinical correlation between the changes of cerebral hemodynamics of acute cerebral infarction and magnetic resonance angiography.Methods 54 cerebral infarction patients were detected with cerebrovascular hemodynamic analysis including 34 patients with magnetic resonance angiography compared with 38 healthy persons.Results In the results of 54 patients with cerebrovascular hemodynamic analysis, 49 cases have abnormal changes to certain extent. Only 23 patients were abnormal in 34 patients with magnetic resonance angiography. Conclusions The result suggested that the positive rate of cerebral hemodynamic change was higher than magnetic resonance angiography, it was easier, less expensive, and could be widely used in clinical wards.
