摘 要:目的 系统了解不同部位脑损害致汉语失写症的特点。方法 采用ABC法和CAB法测试口语和书写能力 ,统计言语障碍类型 ,计算各项书写得分和失写指数 ,比较大脑各部位之间的差异。结果 5 6例患者中左侧半球损害 41例 ,其中失语 30例 ,失写 32例 ,后者中纯失写 1例 ,失读并失写 1例 ;右侧半球损害 15例 ,其中失语合并失写 3例 ,两侧半球间失语失写率有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。左侧半球不同部位之间不同书写项得分无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 1)。结论 不同部位脑损害引起的失写有各自的特点 ,但相互之间部分性质存在交叉重叠现象 ;左侧半球不同部位之间不同书写项得分没有差别。Objective To systematically know about the characters of Chinese agraphia caused by brain damage of different parts.Methods ABC and CAB were used to examine the ability of oral language and writing. The different types of aphasia and agraphia were detected. The agraphia quotient(AgQ) and writing scores were calculated.Results 41 patients were injuried on the left in which 30 were aphasic and 32 were agraphic. 15 patients were injuried on the right in which 3 were both aphasic and agraphic. The difference between the left and right hemiphere was significant, but that of writing scores between different parts of the left hemisphere was not so.Conclusion The characters of agraphia caused by brain damage of different parts are similar in some aspects and dissimilar in other aspects, but the writing scores between different parts of the left hemisphere are the same
