正丁醇、苯酚存在下环糊精诱导1-溴萘室温磷光的机理研究

摘　　要：在含有正丁醇 (n- Bu)的β-环糊精 (β- CD)溶液中 ,加入有机小分子苯酚 (Ph)可诱导 1-溴代萘(1- Br N)发射强的室温磷光 (RTP) .实验结果表明所研究体系中形成了β- CD/ 1- Br N/ Ph/ n- Bu四元包络物 .在研究其生成机理的过程中 ,发现 Ph分子在该四元包络物体系中 ,一方面其羟基与 CD端口羟基形成氢键 ,覆盖在 CD上、下端口 ,对外部氧向 CD腔内扩散起着隔离作用 ,减少了氧对发光体激发三重态的猝灭 ;另一方面其苯环的疏水作用将 1- Br N固定在 β- CD空腔内 ,并填充了 β- CD腔内的剩余空间 .这也进一步证实β- CD/ 1- Br N/ n- Bu体系中 ,β- CD腔内还有空间 ,Ph的加入可填补该空间 .Spectral properties on room temperature phosphorescence (RTP) of 1-bromonaphthalene (1-BrN) induced by phenol and 1-butanol (n-Bu) were studied in aqueous β-cyclodextrin (β-CD) solution. It was found that considerably enhanced RTP arised from the formation of the 1-BrN/β-CD /n-Bu/phenol tetra-inclusion complex. The addition of organic molecule phenol as a third component brought about an enhancement of the RTP. Phenol is regarded as a 'space conditioner', and it is bound to CD cavity entrance with its hydroxyl group hydrogen bond. On the other hand, it is incorporated into the cavity of CD because of its hydrophobic benzene ring, and a greater rigidity of the complex is achieved, thereby leading to much more intense RTP.
