摘　　要：白细胞介素-12(IL-12)又称为NK细胞刺激因子和CTL成熟因子,是一种具有多种生物活性的免疫调节因子.许多实验研究表明,IL-12无论在肿瘤免疫、感染免疫和自身免疫等方面都具有非常重要的作用.但是,与其他细胞因子一样,IL-12的直接应用有较明显的全身毒副作用.随着分子生物学、免疫学技术和基因工程技术的发展,目前对于IL-12抗肿瘤作用的研究主要集中在基因治疗方面.The white cell interposition element 12(IL 12),also called NK cell stimulation factor CTL mature factor,is a kind of immune controller with multi biological activity.IL 12 plays a remarkably important role in the fields of tumor immunology,infection immunology and self immunology through many experiments and researches.However,the direct usage of IL 12 will cause systemic poisonous side effects like other cell genes.With the development of molecular biology, immunological technology and genic technology,current study of the anti tumor effect of IL 12 is mainly concentrated on genic therapy.
