摘 要:利用流场计算结果建立了轴对称矢量喷管的实时数学模型。将发动机部件热力参数间的关系用显式的解析式关系表示 ,从而去掉部件计算中的迭代过程 ,以此方法建立了涡扇发动机实时数学模型。在以上两个模型的基础上建立了带轴对称矢量喷管的涡扇发动机数学模型。利用此模型研究了矢量喷管对涡扇发动机工作参数的影响。结果表明 ,该模型可完成带推力矢量的涡扇发动机静态及动态计算 ,并可用于推力矢量控制研究。The real-time mathematical model of the axisymmetric-vectoring nozzle was established according to the results of the three-dimension CFD. And a novel modeling method for the real-time mathematical model of turbofan engine was also presented. In this method the relation among the thermal parameters of the components was presented by explicit analytical terms to avoid the complex and time-consuming iterative calculation process in the thermal calculation of the aero-engine components. Based on these two real-time models, the real-time mathematical model of the turbofan engine with thrust-vectoring nozzle was acquired. Using this model the effects of thrust-vectoring nozzle on the engine were also discussed. Simulation results show that the real-time mathematical model of the turbofan engine with thrust-vectoring nozzle can be used to calculate both the steady and dynamic process of the engine in different deflected angle and can be used to study the thrust-vector control. And the thrust-vectoring deflected angle has certain effects on the engine.
