摘　　要：根据自己从事近 10 0家各类企业贯彻ISO90 0 0标准的实践 ,总结出贯彻ISO90 0 0标准就是树立一个观念、营造一种机制、培育一种文化、构筑一种环境、使用一些手段 ;这样贯彻ISO90 0 0标准除目的明确外 ,还使贯彻ISO90 0 0标准的行为与企业的管理创新行为相一致 ;使贯彻ISO90 0 0标准能在企业发挥出它应能的作用和效能。According to the practice of carrying out standard ISO 9000 in 100 diversiform enterprises of myself,the article sums up that the carrying out of standard ISO 9000 is to building up an idea,to building a mechanism,to implanting a culture,to building a surroundings and to using some means.To do so,we can not only nail down the motive,but also can make the carrying out of standard ISO 9000 to bring into play its functions and its efficiencies.
