摘　　要：研究了基于PDM进行CAD、CAPP、CAM和工程技术信息的集成 ,以及与MRPⅡ管理信息的集成 ,以形成企业CIMS系统 介绍了CIMS系统的总体结构 ,描述了各个子系统之间的关系和数据传递 PDM是信息集成的核心 ,文中介绍了PDM的设计以及与CAx软件之间的关系 为了实现生产自动化 ,使CAM与数控机床直接连接 ,建立了一对多的接口The paper introduces software integration of CAD,CAPP,CAM and engineering information based on PDM and integration with MRPⅡ in CIMS. The paper introduces the structure of CIMS, relationship and data transmission of the parts in CIMS. PDM is the kernel of the system, and the paper introduces the design of PDM and the relations between PDM and CAx. To realize automotive production, CAM links numerically-controlled machines with the one to many interface. The paper discusses some problems of some key technologies concerning information integration and their solutions.
