摘　　要：介绍了虚拟仪器的概念 ,探讨了虚拟仪器的发展前景 ,使用工业控制计算机并用Delphi5通过对串行口的设置和编程实现数据的采集和处理 。This paper introduces the definition and prospection of virtual instruments,introduces the acquisition and the disposal of data,programming for serial port with Delphi5,realizes the designs of virtual instrument with industrial control computer.
