乳腺及乳腺外派杰病 附18例临床病理分析

摘　　要：本文报告18例派杰病乳腺内15例,乳腺外3例。15例乳腺派杰病有12例合并乳腺导管癌,3例乳外派杰病有1例由肛管印戒细胞癌扩展而来。文中对派杰病组织发生进行了探讨,并阐述了皮肤湿疹、接触性皮炎、原位派杰样黑色素瘤及 Bowen 氏病鉴别诊断要点。We report 18 cases of Paget's disease(15were in the breast and 3 were extra-mam- mary).Among 1.5 cases of mammary Paget's disease 12 were associated with intraductal and infiltrated mammary adenocarcinoma.And it was found that one extra-mammary Paget's disease was result from the spreading of signet-ring cell carcinoma in nearby anal canal.Also,the histogenesis of Paget's disease and the key points of its differe- ntiation from eczema,contact dermatitis,Pagettoid melanoma in situ and Bowen's disease are discussed in the paper.
