摘　　要：TPS是ATE的重要组成部分之一 ,它的编写与使用涉及到ATE的研制者、LRU的研制者以及ATE的操作者等因素。本文介绍了ATEC 6系列TPS的结构。TPS is one of important component parts of ATE, and its programming and using are related to many factors such as developers of ATEs,manufacturers of LRUs, and operators of ATEs. The relating contents about TPS including structure and editing environment etc. are introduced.
