摘　　要：综述了关于近距离放射疗法治疗局限性前列腺癌的方法和原理、主要核素的性质、病例选择、种子分布方式和使用剂量等的最新进展及其重要技术的发展和现状 ;并讨论了该疗法目前尚存在的问题。This paper reviewed the method and principle of brachytherapy, the characteristics of main radionuclides, the development and current situation of the techniques, and the criteria for patient selection. The types of seed distribution, dose selection and current problems were also discussed.
