摘　　要：针对高校普通运动队的现状，分析了影响高校普通运动队建设的原因，指出了办高水平运动队是高校运动队的发展趋势。In view of the current situation of the non-professional sports team in colleges and universities,the factors that have been affecting its construction are analysed and its orientation of development is pointed out to be forming advanced sports teams.
