脐血输注治疗恶性肿瘤化疗后骨髓抑制

摘　　要：目的　探讨脐带血对恶性肿瘤患者化疗后骨髓抑制的治疗效果。方法　将 80例患者随机分成治疗组和对照组 ,其中治疗组 4 2例 ,对照组 3 8例 ,治疗组化疗后给予脐血输注 4～ 6U,对照组给予常规升白细胞药物 ,10 d后比较血常规三系的变化。结果　两组资料均衡可比 ,治疗组平均每例输注脐血 4～ 6U,约 4 80 ml脐血 ,平均输入单个核细胞数 ( MNC)为 2 .86× 10 8/ kg,CD3 4 + 细胞数为 3 .76× 10 6 / kg。治疗组和对照组 10 d后外周血三系差异有显著性 ( P <0 .0 5 )。结论　脐血治疗可对抗恶性肿瘤化疗的副作用。Objective To evaluate the curative effect of cord blood for bone marrow restraining after the malignancy tumor by chemotherapy. Methods 80 patients random divided into treated group and control group. The patients in treated group(42 cases) were transfused 4～6 units of cord blood after chemotherapy. The other group(38 cases) given common drugs of promoting leukocytes. After 10 days, comparing with change of the blood routine.Results The data were comparable(P>0.05). One of the patients in treated group was given cord blood 4～6 units(480 ml, received 2.86×10 8 mononuclear cells/kg and 3.76×10 6 CD34 + cells/kg). The blood routine of the patients in treated group was better than that in control group (P<0.05) after 10 days by chemotherapy. Conclusion Cord blood therapy can resist side effect of chemotherapy of malignancy tumor.
