尼美舒利对脑出血病人血脑屏障的保护作用

摘　　要：目的 :观察金属蛋白酶抑制剂尼美舒利对脑出血病人血 脑屏障 (BBB)的保护作用。方法 :对照分析脑出血病人常规组 8例和常规 +尼美舒利组(尼美舒利组 ) 8例BBB指数的变化 ,并分别与正常对照组作对比。结果 :尼美舒利组BBB指数 0 .0 0 76±s 0 .0 0 0 6明显低于常规组 0 .0 0 82± 0 .0 0 0 5 (P <0 .0 5 )。而 2组病人BBB指数均高于正常对照组0 .0 0 66± 0 .0 0 0 4(P <0 .0 1)。结论 :脑出血病人由于基质金属蛋白酶活性明显增强 ,破坏血管基底膜屏障 ,使BBB指数增高 ,尼美舒利可保护BBB ,从而减轻血管源性脑水肿。AIM: To investigate the protective effect of matrix metalloproteinases inhibitor——nimesulide on the blood brainbarrier (BBB) in patients with cerebral hemorrhage (ICH). METHODS: Eight patients were treated routinely, the other eight patients were treated with nimesulide. Their BBB indexes were measured and statistically compared. They were compared respectively with normal control group. RESULTS: The BBB index of nimesulide treated group was obviously lower than that of routinely treated group ( P <0.05). But the BBB indexes in nimesulide treated group and routinely treated group were all higher than that of the normal control group. CONCLUSION: Due to the activity of matrix metalloproteinases in patients with ICH is obviously enhanced and the vascular basilemma barrier is damaged the BBB index is increased. The matrix metalloproteinases inhibitor——nimesulide, can proctect the BBB and alleviate the vasogenic edema.
