摘 要:目的 :考察用合煎、分煎和沸水冲泡单味中药精制颗粒等方法制备的葛根芩连汤汤剂中葛根素含量的变化。方法 :采用HypersilC18柱 (5 μ ,id 4. 6mm× 2 5 0mm) ,流动相甲醇 水 (30∶70 ) ,流速 1ml·min 1,柱温2 5℃ ,检测波长 2 5 0nm ,外标法定量。结果 :葛根芩连汤分煎液中葛根素的平均含量为 2 8. 74mg ,合煎液中平均含量为 2 3. 0 1mg,单味中药精制颗粒冲泡液中平均含量为 13. 37mg。结论OBJECTIVE:To determine the puerarin in different decoctions of puerariae decoction METHODS:The HPLC was used for the determination. Chromatographic conditions: Hypersil C 18 column(5μ,ID 4.6 mm×250 mm), methanol water (30∶70) as the mobile phase, the wavelength was 250 nm.RESULTS:The average content of puerarin was 23.01 mg in hejian decoction (preparing the decoction as traditional method,that is,mixed the traditional Chinese herbs together, then boiling them with water), 28.74 mg in fenjian decoction (boiling the single traditional Chinese herb with water separately, then mixed the solutions)and 13.37 mg in decoction of refined granules (preparing the refined granules of single traditional Chinese herb from different kinds of traditional Chinese herbs separately then mixing the granules with boiling water).CONCLUSION:The content of puerarin in fenjian decoction is the highest, that in the decoction of refined granules is the lowest.
