天麻钩藤颗粒的薄层色谱研究

摘　　要：目的 :鉴别天麻钩藤颗粒中的钩藤、杜仲、益母草、桑寄生、夜交藤、山栀子六味中药。方法 :薄层层析法。结果和结论 :在薄层色谱上 6味药材对照液均有各自的特征斑点 ,并与制剂中的斑点相对应 。OBJECTIVE:To identify 6 Chinese medicines in the preparation of Tianma Gouteng grannules, which were composed of Uncaria rhynchophylla, Eucommia ulmoides, Leonurus heterophyllus, Taxillus chinensis, Polygonum multiflorum and Gardenia jasminoides. METHODS:The samples in the granules were identified by TLC ,and compared with the standard crude drugs and blank samples,respectively.RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:The chromatogram obtained with the test solution of the 6 materials in the granules showed the same characteristic spots in color and position,and in the chromatogram the blank solution showed no the spots,respectively.
