摘 要:目的 通过观察眼轴和角膜屈光力 ,了解先天性白内障儿童的眼球发育状况。方法 将64例单眼先天性白内障和 1 0 7例双眼先天性白内障患儿分为 1岁以下、 1~ 3岁、 4~ 5岁、 6~ 9岁、1 0岁以上 5个年龄组比较分析其眼轴和角膜屈光力情况。结果 在P =0 0 5水平上只有 1~ 3岁组单眼先天性白内障患眼眼轴较健眼有显著性差异 ;单眼先天性白内障与双眼先天性白内障患眼轴长度无显著性差异 ;64 4%先天性白内障眼眼轴长于正常同龄儿童均值 ;单眼先天性白内障患儿的患眼与健眼间角膜屈光力无显著性差异。结论 形觉剥夺只是影响先天性白内障眼轴发育的诸多因素之一 ,为儿童先天性白内障选择人工晶状体屈光度时也应考虑其他因素对眼轴发育的影响。Objective To measure axial lengths and the corneal curvatures and to evaluate the situation of eye ball growth in children with congenital cataract. Methods Axial lengths and corneal curvatures were measured and compared in 64 children with unilateral congenital cataract and 107 with bilateral congenital cataract divided into 5 groups: younger than 1 year, 1-3 years, 4-5 years, 6-9 years, older than 10 years. Results In all 5 unilateral congenital cataract groups, the axial length of cataract eyes was longer than the contralateral eyes in 1-3 years old group (P<0 05); no significant difference was discovered between axial lengths of eyes with unilateral and that of bilateral congenital cataract; 64 4% axial lengths of eyes with congenital cataract were longer than mean axial lengths of normal children; there were no significant difference between the corneal curvatures of cataract eyes and that of the other eyes in cases with unilateral congenital cataract. Conclusions Form deprivation is only one of the factors which influenced the growth of axial length significantly; when choice of IOL dioptor be made for pediatric congenital cataract, the situation of eye ball growth should be considered.
