摘　　要：目的 :在动物实验的基础上 ,牙种植临床应用膜引导组织再生技术 ,观察促进部分缺失牙槽骨再生的临床效果。方法 :选择拔牙区颊侧骨板缺损和失牙区颊侧骨板萎缩吸收的患者作为研究对象 ,在行种植体植入的同时运用胶原膜覆盖颊侧种植体暴露面和骨面 ,观察种植体周骨组织再生情况及种植体的稳固性。结果 :一年的放射学和临床观察 ,表明种植体周骨组织有不同程度的再生 ,大多数种植体稳固。结论 :膜引导组织再生技术可用于治疗牙槽骨板缺损和部分萎缩的病例 ,协助牙种植的治疗。Objective: Applying of GTR in clinical to observe the defective and partially atrophy alveolar crest regeneration for dental implants application.Methods:Selected the patients whose buccal alveolar bones of extracted sockets were lost or buccal alveolar crest bone partially atrophies.During implant the membrane used to over the exposed buccal bone.The bone regeneration result in the bone surrounds the implants.The new bone rengeneration and the implants stability was observed.Results:Through one year's following radiodontics observed and clinical observed the bone regeneration around the implants happen and most implants become solider.Conclusion:Membrane guided tissue regeneration could be used in helping dental implant treatment.
