摘　　要：目的　研究鸦胆子油乳 (简称鸦油乳 )膀胱灌注抑制膀胱癌的作用 .方法　分别以 10 0 g· L- 1 鸦油乳及 0 .4g·L- 1 丝裂霉素对膀胱癌模型 ICR小鼠行膀胱灌注 ,每周分别 1次 ,共 10次后处死 ,通过光镜及电镜观察组织结构的变化过程 .结果　灌注后两组细胞异型性不明显 ,移行上皮表面癌变征象明显减轻 ,移行上皮层次减少 ,鸦油乳细胞质内可见空泡 .AIM To study the effects of brucea javanica oil emulsion intravesical instillation for the treatment of bladder carcinoma. METHODS Intravesical instillation of 100 g·L -1 brucea javanica oil emulsion or 0.4 g·L -1 mitomycin C for the ICR mice with bladder carcinoma respectively, once a week, 10 times later the 2 groups of mice were sacrificed for morphological study under the light and electron microscopy level. RESULTS The cells in the 2 groups showed no clear distinction of heterogeniety, and the migration from epithelium to carcinoma reduced, and in the cells with brucea javanica oil emulsion had vacuole in the cytoplasma. CONCLUSION The anticarcinoma effects of brucea javanica oil and Mytomycin C are similar.
