计算机影像计量诊断技术在周围型肺癌组织学分型中的应用

摘　　要：目的 :研究提高周围型肺癌组织学分型诊断符合率的方法。方法 :随机抽取 2 53例病历 ,列出组织学诊断的 16个影响因素指标 ,并对其量化 ,利用计算机影像计量诊断技术 ,对影响因素进行单、多因素分析。并对 12 1例患者进行应用研究。结果 :建立了周围型肺癌影像计量诊断组织学分型的判别数学模型 ,使其诊断符合率由 4 2 1%提高到 71 9%。结论 :计算机影像计量诊断技术能显著提高周围型肺癌组织学分型诊断准确率。Object To avoid the low accurate rate of traditional diagnosis on the histology ptterns of peripheral lung carcinoma,promote its accurate diagnosis rate.Methods Study 253 patients,find 16 imagiologic factors that affect histology diagnosis,qantitize?them,use computer imagiology measurement diagnosis technology to do the single and muti factors correlation analysis of them,and do application research on 121 patients. Results Founded the distinguish mathematics model about histology pattern of imagiologic measurement diagnosis on peripheral lung cancer,promote its accurate rate from 42% to 71 9%.Conclusion Computer technology of imagiologic measurement diagnosis can promote accurate histology diagnosis rate of peripheral lung cancer.
