琼玉膏加强顺氨氯铂对肺腺癌细胞株GLC-82培养抑制作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的 :观察琼玉膏对顺氨氯铂在肺腺癌细胞株GLC - 82培养中对癌细胞增殖抑制的影响。方法 :使用血清药理学 ,细胞形态学方法分别观察空白对照组 (生理盐水 )、化疗组 (顺氨氯铂 )、及联合组 (顺氨氯铂加琼玉膏 )细胞形态学的变化 ;使用活细胞计数方法记录各组癌细胞 6d的生长情况并绘制其生长曲线 ;使用流式细胞等方法分析各组癌细胞株GLC - 82的凋亡情况。结果 :对照组癌细胞生长良好 ,化疗组癌细胞数基本不增长 ,联合组活癌细胞数则下降。流式细胞仪的分析结果表明 ,琼玉膏可明显加强化疗药物顺氨氯铂 (DDP)诱发癌细胞的凋亡。结论 :说明琼玉膏有加强化疗的抑制癌细胞分裂及诱发癌细胞凋亡的作用。Objective:To observe the effects of Qiongyugao(QYG) on the inhibition of DDP on the cells'division during GLC-82 cell strain culture.Methods:Using the methods of serum pharmacology,cell morphology to observe the change of the cancer cells'form and structure in the three groups respectively.By accunting the live cells unmber of each day during 6 days respectively,draw up the growth curve.Using FACS to analyese the effects of the three groups on the cancer cells'apoptosis of GLC-82 cell strain. Results:The results showed that the cancer cells'growth in control group(normal saline) was much better than the other two groups,the live cells number almost kept no growth in chemical therapy group(DDP),the live cells number in combined group(DDP plus QYG ) become even lower. QYG may enhance the inhibition of DDP on inducing the apoptosis of GLC-82 cells strain remarkably. Conclusion:These indicated QYG may enhance the effects of chemotherapy in inhibiting cancer cells'division and inducing their apoptosis.
