摘　　要：采用微波技术合成了 4个联苯双酯衍生物 ,并用1H NMR和MS谱进行结构鉴定 ,初步药理实验结果表明 :这些化合物具有明显的降谷丙转氨酶 (SGPT)的作用。Four derivatives of γ-DDB were synthesised with the microwave technology,the structures of the compounds were confirmed by 1H-NMR and MS.The results of the pharmacological tests showed that these compounds could protect the hepar and lower the level of SGPT.
