摘　　要：目的　讨论药物缺血治疗胰癌的可行性。方法　解剖犬胰腺、胰十二指肠前动脉 ,结扎近心端后 ,远心端置入化疗泵 ,术中、术后从化疗泵中注射尿素溶液 (2 0 mg/kg体重 ,浓度 40 % ) ,分别于术后观察胰腺及十二指肠病理变化 ,观察动物生存情况。结果　实验用犬在实验期内均生存良好 ,胰腺病理变化为严重纤维化表现 ,十二指肠病理改变较轻。Objective To explore the possiblity of medicine ischemic treatment to pancreatic carcinoma Methods The dog's pancrease and anterior artery of pancreaticoduodem were dissected,the approximal artery was ligated and a chematherapy pump was inserted into the distal artery Both during and after the operation,urea selution was injected(20mg/kg,40%in Concentration) After the operation,special attention was paid to the pathological of pancrease and duodenum and alive state of doges Results The experiment doges were all alive well in experiment period ,the pancreatic pathology was serious fiberies and the duodenum change was only atrphied slighthy Conclasion Medicine ischemic treatment to pancrease is possibllity
