摘  要:目的 探研究大鼠基底外侧杏仁核 (BLN)中 5 羟色胺 (5 HT)的抗抑郁作用。方法 运用立体定位技术进行核团内微量注射 ,通过开野实验和强迫游泳实验及多导睡眠描记 (PSG)等方法观察大鼠的行为和睡眠的变化。结果 BLN内微量注射 5 HT前体 5 羟色氨酸 (5 HTP) ,可使大鼠自主活动增加和强迫游泳不动时间缩短 ,并引起慢波睡眠 (SWS)和异相睡眠量 (PS)增多。5 HT受体阻断剂麦角新碱 (MS)的效应与 5 HTP相反 ,并可阻断 5 HTP的作用。结论 增加大鼠BLN内 5 HT含量可引起行为活动增加和睡眠增多 ,表明BLN内 5Objective To study the antidepressant effect of serotonin(5-HT) in bas olateral amygdaloid nuclei(BLN). Methods Microinjection i nto the nuclei by stero taxic surgery, open field activity(OFA), forced swimming test (FST) and polysomn ography(PSG) were applied to investigate the behavioral activity and sleep of ra ts. Results Microinjection of 5-hydroxytryptaphan (5-HT P), the immediate precursor of 5-HT, into BLN increased locomotor activity in OFA , reduced immobility t ime in FST and prolonged both slow wave sleep (SWS) and paradoxical sleep (PS). The effects of 5-HTP could be abolished by Methysergide (MS), an antagonist of 5 -HT receptor. Conclusion Enhancement of content of 5-HT in BLN could promote be havioral activity and sleep obviously and had remarkable antidepressant effects.
