胆囊癌血管内皮细胞生长因子表达的意义

摘　　要：目的　研究胆囊癌组织血管内皮细胞生长因子 (VEGF)的表达及其临床意义。方法　采用免疫组织化学的方法检测 42例胆囊癌组织中VEGF的表达和微血管密度 (MVD )。结果　胆囊癌组织中VEGF的阳性率为 48% ;VEGF阳性组的MVD为 47± 17,明显高于阴性组的 2 8± 13(t =4.0 9,P <0 .0 0 1) ;VEGF的表达与胆囊癌的临床分期、淋巴结转移有密切关系 ( χ2 =4.5 5 ,r =0 .33,P <0 .0 5及 χ2 =7.77,r =0 .43,P <0 .0 1)。结论　VEGF与胆囊癌的临床分期、淋巴结转移有密切关系 ,可作为评估胆囊癌患者预后的参考指标。Objective To investigate the expression and its significance of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in gallbladder carcinomas. Methods The expression of VEGF and microvessel density (MVD) were detected by immunohistochemistry in 42 cases of gallbladder carcinomas.Results The expressive rate of VEGF in gallbladder carcinomas was 48%. The MVD in VEGF positive cases was significantly higher than that in negative cases (t=4.09, P<0.001). The expression of VEGF was related with clinical stage (χ 2=4.55, r=0.33, P<0.05) and lymph node metastasis (χ 2=7.77, r=0.43, P<0.01). Conclusion VEGF is associated with MVD, clinical stage and lymph node metastasis in gallbladder carcinomas, and may be served as a prognostic factor for those patients.
