摘 要:目的 探索Mncl2 对树突状细胞 (Dendriticcells .DC)HLA DR表达的影响。方法 采用流式细胞仪分析Mncl2 刺激组及阴性对照组DC表面HLA DR表达水平及HLA DR阳性细胞率。结果 Mncl2 刺激组DC平均荧光强度为 165 .97,阴性对照组为 10 5 .72 (P <0 .0 1)。刺激组DC的HLA DR阳性细胞率为 89.96% ,阴性对照组为 78.73% (P<0 .0 1)。结论 Mncl2 在体外能显著增强DC表面HLA DR表达水平及总细胞HLA DR阳性细胞率。Objective To explore the impact of Mncl 2 on the expression of HLA-DR on DC. Methods The expression of HLA-DR on DC groups stimulated with Mncl 2 and the negative groups was evaluated by the flow cytometry. Results The general fluorescence intensity of DC groups stimulated with Mncl 2 was 165.97, however, that of negative groups was 105.72(P<0.01). The positive rate of HLA-DR expression in DC groups stimulated with Mncl 2 and in negative groups was 89.96%,78.73% respectively (P<0.01). Conclusion Mncl 2 can greatly increase the expression of HLA-DR on DC and also increase the positive rate of HLA-DR expression in DC groups.
